Interlude Post: Islamic Terrorism, Redux

Okay, so I promised I had a post coming up called, "The Kuzari Principle, Rationalist Judaism, and My Defense of Being an Atheist Jew." And I wasn't lying. But I'm just finishing up the last of my schoolwork and then it'll come a day or two later...

For now, there's a new book being fawned over by some about why Islamic suicide bombings happen; the author maintains that the answer isn't religion. Maybe the guy's right, I haven't read the book (While I'm open to the idea, I'm skeptical; research I've seen gives good justifications for religious ideology being an important factor and the idea that it isn't seem counter-intuitive). But others haven't either, and they're assuming he's right; the reaction seems to be a repeat of Robert Pape's book (both even positively reviewed by Chomsky!), so I'll refer readers back to my post about that, "Robert Pape & Assaf Moghadam."

For now, while I complete my schoolwork, some more videos for your enjoyment.
